The satisfaction of our customers is most
important to us. Therefore, we will remake, AT NO CHARGE, any stamp having
defect in materials or workmanship, under normal usage and proper care, with the
same wording and size as the first stamp.
MINIMUM BILLING
Because of the cost of processing an order
and invoice, we must have a minimum
billing of $7.50
ORDERING
We have found that receiving your order
via the fax machine, email, web forms, or U.S. mail to be the best methods for
ordering rubber stamps & signs. This reduces the chances for errors. However, we
will be more than happy to take your order over the phone.
SIGNATURE STAMPS
Due to the distortion of letters created
by fax machine transmissions, we have found the fax machine NOT to be the best
way to order a signature stamp. For the highest quality signature stamp, we
suggest the following order procedure:
1) Sign your name several times on plain, unlined, white paper using a fine
point black felt tip pen.
2) Bring or mail the signature to our office.
LOGOS ON STAMPS & SIGNS
LOGOS can be added to your stamp or sign
for a small added charge. However, as with signatures, we have found that the
fax machine is NOT the best way to order logos, due to the distortion during
transmission. For the highest quality logos, we suggest the following ordering
procedure:
1) Obtain a black and white copy of the logo, preferably the same size or larger
than the finished product.
2) Bring in, email, or U.S. mail the logo to us.
3) Specify the exact size you would like the logo to end up being.
4) If combined with type, specify the exact location of the logo.
DELIVERY & MAIL
If your tight schedule does not allow time
for you to pick up your order, we'd be glad to mail it to you-UPS or U.S. Mail.
Because we ship by First Class Mail as well as UPS, you should receive your
merchandise the next day.
CREDIT INFORMATION
Do you have an open account with us? If
not, we would be glad to open one. It doesn't take long and it's easy. Give us a
call and we will mail or fax a credit application to fill out and return. That's
all there is to it!
TERMS
Our terms are NET 30 DAYS from the invoice
date or 10 days after EOM.
